Tim has been recognized as a Fellow by the Texas Bar Foundation, an honor chosen from the top 1 percent of State Bar members by the Texas Bar Foundation Board of Trustees. H Texas magazine has also selected him as a top lawyer in the area of civil litgation for several consecutive years. Most Recently, Tim was named as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association, adding even more to his already impressive resume of accolades.
A native Houstonian, Tim earned his BS from Troy State University with honors in 1988. He was awarded his JD by the South Texas College of Law in 1995, making the deans list and receiving several other honors. Tim is licensed to practice law throughout the state, as well as in several federal courts. His previous experience in the United States Air Force and as claims adjuster for several insurers gives him a unique insight that he uses to maximize the judgments and awards he receives on behalf of his clients.
Tim is also an accomplished pilot and enjoys tennis and scuba diving.
